We are limiting this event to 300 persons - please apply early to avoid disappointment
Regretfully all of the YH places have been allocated for Friday night. If you would like to be on the reservation list please indicate this in the 'Other Notes' field in the entry form. See our accommodation page for alternative accommodation.

Please complete the online entry form below (the red arrows indicate required fields). Once submitted you will receive an email within a few days confirming your booking, the arrangements and price. If there are any changes or corrections after the form has been submitted please email the 'Entries Secretary' (see Contact Information). 

Please note that applicants aged 14 to 17 will not be able to book on-line. They, as well as any adult who is responsible for a 14 or 15 year old entrant must apply by post. Please use the downloadable Application and Parental Consent Forms.
